Sweetfuel Project Methodology Project management
1. The setting up of the organizational structure to manage the project;
2. The development of the project in full compliance with the budget, time table, milestones and deliverables lists of the proposal with respect to EC rules;
3. A good synergy between all the components of the project by facilitating and promoting a permanent dialogue among the consortium, and between consortium and the Commission;
4. The achievement of the project results through a smooth and sustainable project implementation
SWEETFUEL will be managed by CIRAD in conjunction with a dedicated "Project Steering Committee (SC)", with secretariat, administrative and legal support by a dedicated Project Support Group (SG) based at CIRAD
Task 8.1. Setting and following up the governing bodies, GA (General Assembly), SC (Steering committee), and IPUDC (Intellectual Property Use and Dissemination Committee)
Task 8.2. Construction and maintenance of the consortium agreement
Task 8.3. Secretariat of governing bodies and reporting
Task 8.4. Meetings organization
Task 8.5. Monitoring on scientific progress
Task 8.6. Knowledge management and communication
Task 8.7. Management of ethical risks of SWEETFUEL
